Eason, Claude M. Jr., of Marshfield, formerly of Weymouth, went home to be with the Lord on February 19, 2013 at the age of 93. Beloved husband of the late Esther A. (Adams) Eason. Loving father of Carolyn Cox and her husband Craig of Plymouth, Richard Eason of Marshfield and Judith E. McCafferty and her husband Joseph of Plymouth. Loving grandfather of 7 grandchildren. Dear brother of Robert Eason of Norwell and the late Claire and Everett Eason. Son of the late Claude M. and Ruth (Hull) Eason. Claude was born and raised in Braintree. He was a resident of Marshfield for over 50 years. Claude worked at the Fore River Ship Yard and Johnny Dry wall doing sheet rock. After his retirement, Claude got involved in T.O.P.I.C. He made many Indian crafts and enjoyed going to Pow-Wows with his wife Esther. Claude was known as Roundtree and his wife was known as Starlight. He was also a member of the Victory Baptist Church.
A Celebration of Life for Claude will be held at the Victory Baptist Church, meeting at Marshfield Brant Rock Chapel, 327 Ocean St. on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 1:00 p.m.
