Hildegard T. Rolle 84 years of Brockton died quietly on Saturday February 16, 2013 in the Good Samaritan Medical Center. She is the wife of 61 years to Helmut Rolle. Hildegard was born, raised and educated in Germany and immigrated to the United States in 1983 settling in Rockland before her final move to Brockton in 1989.
For many years she had worked in manufacturing for the E.T. Wright shoe factory and the former Level One Medical now Smith Medical both in Rockland.
She will be remembered as a lady who always spoke her mind; one who enjoyed travel, crocheting, knitting and gardening; she had a great love for nature, wildlife and animals especially bird watching at the feeder. Above all she loved time spent with her family.
In addition to her husband, Hildegard is survived by her daughters Margit La March and her husband Robert of TX and Sylvia Rolle of Brockton; her two grandchildren Robert La March and his wife Susan of TX and David La March of MA and two great grandchildren Robert and Rebekah La March.
