Roland H. Stebbins, 89, of Dresser St., passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2013 in Webster Manor. He leaves a son, Gary R. Stebbins of Webster and a daughter, Pamela J. Siegmund of Gulf Breeze, FLA., 2 grandchildren, Danna Siegmund and his wife Carrie , and Vanessa Petersen and her husband Pascal, great grandchildren, Zoe, Oliver, and Elise.
Roland was predeceased by a daughter Susan Stebbins. He was born in Webster, son of George and Alice (Pfeiffer) Stebbins and has lived here all his life.
He worked with his father at the former Webster Concrete Block Co., then 17 years at the former Cranston Print Works Co., and then as a truck driver for 18 years until his retirement at the former P. Wajer and Sons Express.
Roland’s Funeral will be Tuesday, February 19, 2013 with a Mass at 11AM in St. Louis Church, 16 Lake St., burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
There will be a Calling Period from 9AM to 10:30 AM prior to the Funeral Mass at the Robert J. Miller Funeral Home and Lake Chapel, 366 School St.
