Maria Von Britton a/k/a Maria Scott (nee) Binn age 92 of Winter Springs, Florida, and formerly of Ivy Court, Teaneck, New Jersey died January 23, 2013.
Beloved by niece, Yvette Binn-Graham, Esq., Lloyd Graham, Esq. of Voorhees, NJ, grandson, Raheem Soto of Bronx, NY, and many great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Memorial service Saturday February 16, 2013 10:30. at Volk-Leber Funeral Home, 789 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ.
Maria was a 30 year retiree of the New York Telephone Company, and after retirement a 10 year employee of the New Jersey Board of Education working at Bryant School, Lowell and Hawthorne School in Teaneck. She was an experienced seamstress, loved indoor and outdoor sporting activities and was involved in many organizations for the care of abused and displaced adolescents.
