In Taunton, February 6, 2013 Richard P. Littleton, age 81 passed away in Morton Hospital following a brief illness. Richard was born in Taunton, the son of the late Richard & Antoinette (Sarcevicz) Littleton. Richard resided all his life in Taunton, attended Taunton schools and a graduate of Taunton High School. He was employed as a golf manager and also worked in construction. Richard enjoyed reading, traveling to Florida and spending time with his family and longtime friend Alberta Whalen and her family. Richard is survived by his sister Ann M. Gallagher and her husband Bill of Dennis. He also leaves several nieces and nephews and many close friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, February 14th at 9am. at the Annunciation of the Lord Church in Taunton. Burial will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Taunton Donations in lieu of flowers may be made in Richard’s memory to Bristol Elder Services, 1 Father DeValles Boulevard, Unit #8, Fall River, MA 02723.
