Nathalia J. "Terri" (Britto) Oglesby, 80, of New Bedford died February 5, 2013 at home after a long illness.
She was the wife of the late Omer Oglesby.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Manoel F. and Mary J. (Duarte) Britto, she lived in New Bedford all of her life.
She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Assumption Church.
Mrs. Oglesby was formerly employed by the Standard-Times circulation department for many years until her retirement.
Survivors include her 7 children, Thomas Britto, Kathleen Britto, Stephen Britto, Robert Britto, Mary Beach, Richard Oglesby and Michael Oglesby; a sister, Joyce Baptiste; her aunt, Rose Almeida; 19 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late John Oglesby.
Funeral from the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford Monday, February 11th at 8 AM. Funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Assumption Church at 9 AM. Burial will follow in Rural Cemetery. Visiting hours Sunday, February 10th from 6-8 PM.
