MILDRED (ANNIS) FISHBACK, 97, passed away on February 4, 2013.
She was a retired employee of A & P Tea Company and a member of Shively Christian Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ollie Fishback and her children, Charles Johnson, Jean Johnson and Tommie Lee Fishback.
Survivors include her grandchildren, Jimmy and Misty Dawn Fishback; four great grandchildren; niece, Theresa Woosley (Tim); great nephew Chris Oldson , great nieces, Amber Louise Woosley and Liz Harbison (Joe); her brother, J. W. Annis and sisters, Clemmie Lee, Helen Wise and Martha Hoofnel.
Funeral services will be 12 p.m. Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2 – 7 p.m. Thursday and after 10 a.m. on Friday.
