Wass, Robert A. of Duxbury, passed away on January 31, 2013 at the age of 86. Beloved husband of Janet (Whitney) Wass. Loving father of Laurel Niemi and her husband William of RI, Carolyn Staples and late Gary of Duxbury, David Wass of Duxbury and Jonathan Wass and his wife Helen of Cohassett. Loving grandfather of 6 and great grandfather of 4. Dear brother of Melvin Wass and the late Clayton Wass, Ronald Wass and Flloyd Wass. Robert was born in Abington. He spent his early years in Brockton before moving to Avon and eventually Duxbury in 1965. Robert served in the US Navy during the Korean Era. He worked as a machinist for Boston Gear works. Robert enjoyed doing home renovations and building on the side.
