Dana Whitley Harper, age 50, of Douglas, GA passed away on Wednesday, January 30, 2013. Mrs. Harper was born on November 9, 1962, in Niagra Falls, NY, to Richard “Dick” and Cecile Meeks Whitley.
Survivors include: her husband: Dewey Wayne Harper, of Douglas, GA, two sons: Dillan Harper and Devin Harper, both of Douglas, GA, stepdaughter: Carla Douglas, of Douglas, GA, parents: Richard “Dick” and Cecile Meeks Whitley, of Douglas, GA, grandson: Brayden Wayne Harper, of Douglas, GA, two step grandchildren: Cam Douglas and Kalli Douglas, both of Douglas, GA, sister: Donna Royal, of Ambrose, GA and niece: Lauren Royal, of Ambrose, GA.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 1 from 6-9 pm.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Bushnell Chapel with Rev. Gerald Gardner, Rev. Marshall Adcock, and Rev. Lynn Harding officiating. Interment followed at Griffin Cemetery.
