LADY, JOHN D., 59, passed away Saturday, January 26,2013 after a long illness.
Born in Jackson County, KY, he was a retired Bio-Medical Research Assistant for the University of Kentucky.
He was preceded in death by his son, Chris Lady.
Survivors include his wife, Lillian "Lindy" (Bowman) Lady; children, Jeffery Lady (Crystal) and Jessica Carlson (Brad); three grandsons, Chase, Conner and Brian; two brothers; and three sisters.
Funeral services will be 6 p.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with cremation to follow. Visitation will be from 1- 8 p.m. Wednesday.
