Donald E. (Butch) Fahey (83) died Jan 27th in the Brockton Hospital after a period of failing health. He was the Husband of Barbara F. (Mcassey)
He was born in Taunton Son of the late Edward and Mary (Edmond) Fahey. He worked for General Dynamics in Quincy for some 28 years also worked 10 years in the Brockton Post Office. He was one of the oldest members of Club National serving as a bartender at the old club. He enjoyed bowling, shuffleboard and gardening. Butch was a communicant of the former Sacred Heart Church.
In addition to his Wife he is survived by his Son Kevin P. Fahey of Brockton, 4 Daughters Doreen A. Fahey of Middleboro, Karen M. Fahey of Brockton, Susan L. Fahey and her Fiance Albert Marobella of S. Weymouth and Special Daughter Margaret Houston of Brockton, 6 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren, 2 Brothers Edward Jr and Dennis Fahey both of W. Wareham.
Funeral Services from the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel 238 Court St Brockton Friday Feb 1st at 9:30 am followed by a Funeral Mass in Christ the King Church at 10:30 am. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation Thurs Jan. 31st from 4-8 pm. George F Fiske III, Director.
