Virginia (Gaslin) Johnson, 96, passed away Wednesday January 23, 2013 at Rockford Manor Health & Rehabilitation.
She was born In Louisville to William B. & Lydia Eva (Martin) Gaslin.
She was a Bookeeper for the George Marr Co. and a longtime member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.
Virginia was a member of the Louisville Girls High School Alumni Club and Over the Hill Girls Club.
She was preceded in death by her Parents; her loving Husband: Gordon C. Johnson, a Sister: Mary Eleanor Banta and 3 Brothers: Elbert M., Chester L. and Carl W. Gaslin.
Survivors include her Daughter: Carol Altman (Joel); 2 Grandchildren: David B. Altman and Deborah A. Chadwick and 7 Great Grandchildren: Shlomo, Noa, Tzvi, Zac, Seth, Jacqueline, Jason.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. with entombment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday 3 – 5 PM
