Geraldine L. “Jeri” (Shenett) Lincoln, 74, of Rockland passed away on Tuesday January 22nd surrounded by her loving family at home. She was the beloved wife of 42 years to Carlton “Carl” Lincoln
Born and brought up in Rockland, she was the daughter of the late Jerrod and Edith (Pike) Shenett.
Jeri has been a lifelong resident of Rockland where her and her husband co-owned the C.G. Machine Shop in Rockland for 22 years. In her younger years she was employed by Michigan Abrasive in Braintree and American Sandpaper in Rockland.
She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and was a beloved wife, mother, best friend and business partner.
In addition to her husband “Carl”, she is survived by her children, John “Jack” Sherman, Jr. of Whitman, Scott Sherman of FL., James “Jim” Sherman of Rockland, Terry Fortuna of CA., Robin Garland of Abington and Dawn MacDonald of Rockland, her brother Edward “Sonny” Shenett of Plymouth and her sister Ethel Perkins of Whitman; also 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Saturday January 26th from 4:00-7:00PM, with a funeral service to follow at 7:00PM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rte 58 at the rotary circle) Whitman.
