Pauline Wilson
North Augusta, SC –Mrs. Pauline Wilson, 79, passed away at home on Thursday, January 17, 2013. She was the wife of her late husband Wayne Wilson, Sr.
Mrs. Wilson was a member of Sweetwater Baptist Church and the Joyous Seniors Sunday School Class. She attended University of North Texas and Texas Women’s University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education and also in computer science. Mrs. Wilson was a loving, supportive and devoted mother, mimi and great mimi. She lived for her children and grandchildren.
Family members include daughters-Jan Lowery (Rob) of North Augusta and Cher Arnwine of Atlanta; son- Wayne Wilson, Jr. (Carolyn) of Longview, TX; eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren; sisters: Bobbie Maples and Doris Tucker; and two nephews.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, January 19, 2013 at 3:30 P.M. at Sweetwater Baptist Church in North Augusta with Rev. Paul Noe officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association, 2607 Commons Blvd, Augusta, GA 30909
The family will receive friends prior to service beginning at 2:30 P.M. at the church.
