Concetta “Connie” Ruggiero, 92 of Medford, died Wednesday in the Oostemans Rest Home, Wakefield, MA.
Born in Boston, she lived in Medford for the past 55 years and formerly of the West End of Boston. She was the daughter of the late Olympia (Condelli) and Salvatore Bramante.
Connie was a Supervisor of Central Supply at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital for 20 years and retired in 1992.
Beloved wife of the late Louis Ruggiero. Devoted mother of Louis Ruggiero Jr. and his wife Janet of Woburn, Wayne Ruggiero and his late wife Lynette of NH, Karen Ruggiero of Golden, CO, Debra Bolles and her husband John of Ipswich. Loving grandmother of Jade, Janeen, Erica, Casi and Jesse. Also survived by 6 loving great grandchildren. Sister of Bernie, Jimmy, Frank, Salvy, Peter, Dolores, Christine Bramante, Celia Lodi and the late Danny Bramante, Olympia Sharpe, Rose Interrante and Mary Marchesini.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Saturday at 10 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant St., Malden, at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday 4-8. Services will conclude with burial at St. Michael Cemetery, Boston.
