Carol A. (Lennon) Whiting, 68, of Auburn, died Monday, January 14th. She is survived by her son, Willis R. Whiting, III and his wife Tonya, and her daughter, Jennifer L. Whiting with whom she lived; three brothers, Thomas J. and Paul Lennon both of Cherry Valley, and John Lennon and his wife, Joanne of Charlton; two sisters, Kathleen Gemme of Spencer and Evelyn wife of James Heffernan of Auburn, several nephews, nieces, and several grand nephews and grand nieces. Another sister, Ann T. Lennon predeceased her.
She was born in Worcester, the daughter of Thomas J. and Evelyn M. (Lord) Lennon.
Her funeral is Friday, January 16th with a Mass at 11:30 a.m. in St. Joseph’s Church, 189 Oxford Street, Auburn. There are no calling hours. O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue is directing arrangements.
