Carolyn Patton Harper, age 55, of Willacoochee, GA passed away on Tuesday, January 15, 2013, at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Mrs. Harper was born on March 25, 1957, in Douglas, GA to the late Temmies Jerrell Patton and Mavis Ruth O’Neal Patton.
Survivors include: companion: Hiram Mancil, of Willacoochee, GA, four sisters: Faye (Bradley) Foskey, Lou Waldron, both of Douglas, GA, Angela Youngblood, of Pearson, and Geraldine Burress, of St. Augustine, FL, brother: Ronnie (Sabrina) Patton, of Douglas, GA, stepchildren: Laura Jo Mancil, of Dixie Union, GA, Regina Mancil, of Ocilla, GA, Karen Roberts, of Nashville, GA, Nancy Williams, of Pearson, GA, and Wesley Spivey, of Douglas, GA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Harper.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 16 from 6-9 pm.
Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 17, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Anchor Fellowship Church with Rev. Victor Gilbert and Rev. Scott Smith officiating. Interment followed at Rocky Pond Cemetery.
