Belmont------Joseph H. Grant, 77, of 254 Durrell Mt. Road, died at his home on Saturday, January 12, 2013.
Mr. Grant was born October 25, 1935 in Meredith, N.H., the son of L. Harvey and Leona (Downing) Grant. He had been a lifelong resident of the Lakes Region and had been employed at Scott & Williams for forty-five years before he retired.
Mr. Grant devoted his life to serving his God, his family and his friends.
Survivors include his wife, Sue Katherine Grant; two sons, Stephen Grant and Gary Grant; three grandchildren, Faith Sanborn, Nicole Pinette, and Benjamin Grant; four great grandchildren; a brother, Donald Grant; a sister, Edna Dyer and eleven nieces and nine nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and by a sister, Eleanor Casey
There will be no calling hours
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 18, 2013 at 11:00am at the United Baptist Church, 23 Park Street, Lakeport, N.H. 03246.
