Theberge, Michelle (Perry) age 49, of Quincy passed away January 12, 2013 at home surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer.
Devoted wife of Ray Theberge, they celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary on May 16th, 2012. She was the loving mother of Jonathan, Cecilia and Lucien, all of Quincy. Michelle enjoyed every moment with her children and was very proud of them.
Michelle was the dedicated daughter of John and Lucille (Tourigny) Perry of Quincy. She is also survived by siblings Irene Perry of Plymouth, Maureen Simpson and her husband Frederick of Concord New Hampshire and Michael Perry, of Quincy. She was the Aunt of Richard Brennan of Plymouth and Madison, Collette, Laurel, and Frederick Simpson, III of Concord, New Hampshire.
Michelle will also be sadly missed by her mother-in-law, Fernande and husband George Doiron of Jay, ME as well as her sister-in-law Gisele and husband Maurice Guerette of Auburn, ME and sister-in-law Pauline and husband Todd Taylor of Lewiston, ME.
Michelle was born in Charlestown and raised in Quincy. She graduated from Quincy High School in 1982 and attended Newbury College where she earned her degree in Interior Design. Her interior design career included employment at Business Interiors, Adner-Woodman Design, BayBanks, and Putnam Investments, as well as numerous kitchens and living rooms throughout the South Shore.
Michelle was also very committed to serving her community through numerous roles in Scouting. She was the Troop leader of Girl Scout Troop 74107, Camp Director of Cub Scout Camp Massasoit in Plymouth for the Boston Minuteman Council, BSA, and associate Crew Advisor for Venturing Crews 42 & 842. She also worked tirelessly as the Girl Scout Service Unit director for the Quincy, Milton, and Randolph area as well as a member of the Pack Committee and Asst. Den Leader in Cub Scout Pack 42 of Quincy. She recently completed a very memorable week long trip to Puerto Rico with ten girls from her Girl Scout Troop. Michelle enjoyed good design, music, and cooking.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. Funeral Mass in St. John’s Church, Quincy Thursday at 10 AM.
