LEE ALLSTON JERMYN, of Boston, formerly of Quincy, died at his home on Jan. 13th, 2013 at the age of 61. Mr. Jermyn was born in Weymouth and was raised and educated in Quincy. He graduated from Quincy High School, class of 1968 and attended the Mass. College of Pharmacy. He was truck and bus driver for many years and loved his family and writing poetry and newsletters.
He was the son of the late Clarence A. and Shirley J. (Martin) Jermyn, and brother of Claire Jermyn Testa of Quincy and Joy Jermyn Flowers of Hingham. Uncle of Richard Testa of Abington and Danielle Testa of Quincy. Great uncle of Cameron and Elsie Testa of Abington.
A funeral service will be conducted on Friday, Jan. 18th at 11 AM at the Downing Cottage Funeral Chapel, 21 Pond St., Hingham. Friends may visit at the Downing Chapel on Thursday evening from 6-9 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory would be appreciated to AIDS Research, c/o Mass. General Hospital, 55 Fruit St., Boston, MA 02114.
