Thomas Lovezzola, 68, of Pooler, GA, formerly of Natick, passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at Hospice Savannah.
Son of the late Rene A. and Grace E. Lovezzola, Mr. Lovezzola was born and raised in Natick where he attended school & graduated from Natick High School. He began his career in the auto body industry at Bernie’s Auto Body in Natick and then was employed at Regan & Stapleton in Wellesley for many years. He loved antique cars and was one of the original members of the Our Gang Auto Club. Mr. Lovezzola won many trophy’s for his beautifully restored Ford Edsel.
He is survived by three daughters, Lisa Lovezzola & her husband Brad Smith of Maynard, Michele Provencal & her husband Brian and their daughters, Sarah & Victoria of Douglas, and Krista Lovezzola of Hopedale. He is also survived by his sister, Renee Bravo of Bellingham; two brothers Jack Lovezzola & his wife Nanny of Ashland, and Paul Lovezzola & his wife Juanita of Bloomingdale, GA; and a number of nieces and nephews
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral from the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park St. (at Natick Common) Natick on Friday, January 18, 2013 at 9:00 AM to be followed by his Mass of Christian Burial in St. Patrick’s Church, Natick at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, January 17, 2013 from 6-8 PM.
