Obituary

WELLESLEY: Dorothy Helen Wilson, 73, died on Friday, January 4, 2013 at the MetroWest Medical Center in Natick.
She was born in Natick on November 19, 1939 the daughter of the late William Smith Wilson and Helen Susie (Wallace) Wilson.
Miss Wilson is survived by her brother William W. Wilson of Somers Point, NJ and her sister, June W. Dufficy of Vineyard Haven, MA. Also survived by 3 nieces, one nephew and many friends.
Miss Wilson has been a resident of Wellesley for the past 15 years and spent most of her life in Natick. She was a graduate of Natick High School with the Class of 1957 and in 1988 graduated from Boston State College. She had an impressive career as a Secretary for many years with the US Army Labs in Natick before retiring.
She has been a lifetime member of Fisk Memorial Methodist Church in Natick, was a Sunday school teacher and an active member of the Womens Society as well as a member of the Circle of the church. Dorothy was also a member and past Matron of the Aurora Chapter 9 of the Order of the Eastern Star and was the Grand Deputy of the Massachusetts International Order of Rainbow for Girls. She was a loving and devoted sister and aunt to her family and will be greatly missed by all of the lives that she touched.
At the request of her family there will be funeral home visitations and services held in late spring in Dell Park Cemetery in Natick.
In lieu of flowers, her family suggests memorial gifts in Dorothy’s memory may be sent to the Fisk Memorial United Methodist Church Memorial Fund, 106 Walnut Street, Natick, MA 01760 and would be appreciated.
