Mr. Paul A. Kelly, Sr., of Taunton, died Thursday, January 10 in the Golden Living Center – Wedgemere, following a period of failing health. He was the beloved husband of the late Marie A. (Michaud) Kelly. He was born 74 years ago in Boston, the son of the late Paul and Agnes (Pocius) Kelly. He was educated in Boston and had been a Taunton resident for the past 21 years. Prior to his retirement, he had been employed as a union carpenter, working at various construction projects in the Boston area.
He leaves: 2 sons: David Kelly and Paul A. Kelly, Jr., both of Quincy; 1 brother: Daniel Kelly of Plymouth; 1 sister: Bernadette Kelly of Dorchester, and his close friend, Bob Ward of Lowell.
A Funeral Service will be held at The Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay Street, Taunton, on Tuesday, January 15 at 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow in Mayflower Hill Cemetery. A Visiting Hour will precede the Service, Tuesday, from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
