Obituary

Bedford- Victor J. Esielionis, 94 died January 7, 2013 at Elliot Hospital following a brief illness.
He was born in Shirley, MA. on March 30, 1918 the son of Macey and Mary (Buttakoska). He had been a resident of the Manchester area for over 60 years.
He is a veteran of World War II, having served in European Theatre of Operations.
He graduated from Lowell Textile Institute as well as attended Carnegie Technical Institute in Pittsburgh, PA.. He was a textile supervisor in the Waumbec Mills prior to traveling to various countries for his expertise in textile manufacturing.
He was a parishioner of St. Hedwig Parish, and held membership in the Knights of Columbus.
He was devoted to his family and 3 granddaughters.
He was predeceased by his wife, Jane T. (Baron) Esielionis on November 18, 2006.
Family members include his daughter Mary Jane Vazquez and her husband, Gary of Hollis, 3 granddaughters; Lauren Vazquez, Kerry Vazquez, Lindsey Vazquez, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was also predeceased by 3 brothers, Felix, Stan, and Julian Esielionis.
Calling hours will be on Tuesday from 4 to 6 PM at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10 AM in St. Hedwig Church, Beech and Orange Sts. Burial will be at a later date in St. Anthony Cemetery, Shirley, MA.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association, ME/ NH/ VT, 2 Wall St. Manchester, NH 03101.
