Timothy J. Huffman

Timothy J. Huffman, 69, of Anderson, died January 4, 2013 at Manor Care Nursing Center in Anderson following an extended illness.
He was born on October 19, 1943 in Illinois, the son of Joseph and Mickey Huffman. He was employed in production with General Motors at a local Delco Remy Plant. He was a member of the Golden Gloves, he volunteered at the local prison for Alcoholics Anonymous, he enjoyed golf, western and war movies, and spending time with his grandkids.
He honorably served in the US Army.
Survivors include his 3 children: Summer Maxwell, Michael Huffman and Jeff Huffman all of Anderson. 3 grandchildren, Brogan Maxwell and Alec Huffman and his mother Chris Nolan, and Andrew Irwin and a brother, Joseph Huffman( wife Susan) of Michigan, and nieces Ashley and Noel Huffman.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
The visitation will be on Friday, January 11, 2013 from 4-8PM at the Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service. Cremation will take place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be given to Alcoholics Anonymous 5th Chapter House.
