Margie C. "Marge" (Kirchenbauer) Hinners, 86, of Anderson died Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Community Northview Care Center due to an extended illness.
She was born September 18, 1926 in Anderson, IN to Pete and Mary Kirchenbauer.
She worked production at Delco Remy Division of General Motors 30 years before retiring in 1987.
She attended St. Ambrose Catholic Church. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family and going to the casino.
Margie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband John, her son David and her great grandson Larry Michael, a brother, Harry, and 2 sisters Francis Wilhoite and Norma Jean Kirchenbauer, and her special friend Jim.
Survivors include her son Johnny (Tina) Hinners of Anderson; daughter-in-law, Nancy Hinners of Kansas; grandchildren April, Scott, Jess, Jake; a step grandson Dillon; great granddaughters Kayla and Grace and great great grandson, Jonathan, a sister Patty Ann (Larry) O'brien, a special niece Jo Ann Boyer and several nieces and nephews
Graveside service will be 2:30 P.M. on Monday, January 7, 2013 at East Maplewood Cemetery, Anderson, with Chris Parrish officiating.
Visitation will be from Noon until 2:00 P.M. at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Madison County Humane Society or to your favorite charity.
