Obituary

Vincent “Benny” O’Brien of Randolph died on Wednesday June 30 at his home. He was 71 years old. Mr. O’Brien was a U.S. Army Korean War veteran. He received 3 bronze stars for his outstanding service to his country. He was a well known master electrician and owner of the O’Brien Electrical Company in Randolph for many years, retiring in 2003. The devoted son of the late Anne (Ryan) and John O’Brien, he was loving father of James V. and his wife Paula O’Brien of Hingham and the late Deborah O’Brien. He was the dear brother of Patricia Connell of Needham, Maureen McNeil of Norwood, John of Quincy, Frank of Walpole, Lawrence of Wakefield and the late James, Thomas and John O’Brien. He was the cherished grandfather of Jimmy Jr. and Billy Weden. Benny was the beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews and dear friends. Funeral from the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Ave Needham on Saturday July 3 at 9:00 AM followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Joseph Church at 10:00 AM.
