Gloria Lopez, 69, of Worcester died Wednesday, December 26th in UMASS Memorial Medical Center - University Campus. Her husband, Ismael Lopez died in 2007. She leaves three sons, Audeli Lopez, Victor Lopez and Arbin Lopez all of Worcester; three step daughters, Irma Gonzalez, Milagros Ramos both of Worcester and Elsie Jenkins of NY; a step son, Anthoni Jimenez of Worcester; eight sisters, Juana Albino, Carment E. Quiles both of Worcester, Amelia Quiles, Ana H. Quiles, Georgina Quiles, Maria M. Quiles all or Puerto Rico and Magdalena Quiles of Southbridge; two brothers, Edwyn Quiles of New York and Hector Quiles of Worcester; two grandsons, Erick Lopez and Victor M. Lopez, Jr. and a godson, Hector Lopez of Worcester. She was predeceased by a step son, Francisco Jimenez.
Gloria was born in Puerto Rico the daughter of Maria and Flor Quiles. She was a member of the Center of America in Worcester.
Her funeral is Thursday, January 3rd from O'CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue with a Mass at 10:00 AM in St. Peter's Church, 931 Main Street. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery. Calling hours are Wednesday, January 2nd from 5:00 until 7:00 PM in the funeral home.
