Theresa D. Hebert 88, of Sayles Hill Rd. died peacefully, Sunday December 30, 2012 at The Holiday with her daughters by her side. She was the wife of the late Normand Hebert to whom she had been married for fifty six years. Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Alderic and Alice (Grenon) Laverdiere. Theresa was an accounting clerk for CVS for many years before retiring in 1974.
She is survived by her daughters Suzanne DiCaprio and her husband Robert, Debra Gobeille and her husband David, and a sister Beatrice Gosselin, all of Cumberland, four grand-children, Todd and Chad DiCaprio, and Scott and Mallory Gobeille. The devotion to her family was immeasurable. She was also the sister of the late Lionel, Bertrand, Ernest, and Normand Laverdiere and Rita Brouillard.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 9:00 AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. James Church, Division St. Manville. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery in Cumberland. Visiting hours are Tuesday 4-7 PM. In lieu of flowers donations to Home and Hospice Care of RI, 1085 N.
