Marco Paulo dos Santos Lopes (38) of Holland and Boston died Dec 28th in the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, Boston.
Marco was born in Praia, Santiago, Cape Verde Son of the late Manuel Lopes and Judith dos Santos Lopes of Praia. He was a hair stylist in Holland and also loved listening to Cape Verde music, watching and playing soccer. Marco was best friend of Van Persie who plays for "Manchester United".
In addition to his mother he is survived by 3 daughters Janice, Queencela and Lunah, 2 Brothers Jose (Cavungi) Lopes of Dorchester and Maruca of Boston, 5 Sisters Nono, Djufa and Duduca all of Holland, Lena of Spain and Fatinha of Cape Verde.
