MAGNOLIA: Susan V. (Bulduc) Lewis, 63, died Thursday, December 27, 2012 in the Addison Gilbert Hospital following an extended illness. She was the wife of Anthony F. “Buddy” Lewis, Jr.
Born in Gloucester on July 20, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Raymond J. and Virginia A. (Robbins) Bulduc. She was a lifelong resident of Gloucester and a graduate of the Gloucester High School class of 1967. She had also attended North Shore Community College.
Susan had been employed as an embroiderer at the former Cyrk, Inc. for several years before retiring in 1995. She had also once worked as a cashier for many years at the Registry of Motor Vehicles in Beverly and Gorton’s of Gloucester.
Susan loved to scrapbook for her family and was an avid sports fan.
In addition to her husband of 28 years, she is survived by her children, Troy, husband of Leenie Lewis, Ashley Lewis, Kelly, wife of Michael Faivre, Elizabeth Lewis, and Paul, husband of Leslie Lewis; three grandchildren, Abbie Lewis, Alexis Faivre and Paul Lewis, Jr.; an aunt, Judy Sykes; mother-in-law, Alice Lewis; sister-in-law, Diane McKay and her husband, Barry; a niece, Stephanie Mitchell; two nephews, Ralph Mitchell & Scott Mitchell; cousins, Carol, wife of Jon Morse; Christopher, husband of Roberta Vrachos; Christopher, husband of Julie Morse and Michael, husband of Lisa Morse. She was also predeceased by her aunt, Janice Vrachos.
Her funeral service will be held on Thursday in the Beechbrook Cemetery, W. Gloucester at 12 noon. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend. There are no visiting hours. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in her memory to the Northeast Home Care, 600 Cummings Center, Suite 270X, Beverly, MA 01915.
