Margaret Ellen “Peggy” (Walsh) Wells, 63, of Medway, died Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at her home. She was the beloved wife of George F. Wells since 1969.
Born in Charlestown on November 2, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Helen (McKinnon) Walsh.
Mrs. Wells was a resident of Medway since 1973 and had formerly resided in Roslindale and Charlestown.
During the 1970’s and 80’s, she worked as the Director of the Norwegian Old Peoples Home in Roslindale.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her son David Wells and his wife Heather of Milford, her grandson David James Wells, a sister Sharon Quinonez of Hull, and a brother Joseph Conley of Maine.
She is also survived by her nieces, Teresa Egersheim and Kim Norton, both of Hull and many other beloved nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Linda Walsh.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral on Wednesday, January 2 from the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber St. in Medway at 9:15 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass at St. Joseph Church, 151 Village St. in Medway at 10 a.m.
Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 4 – 8 p.m.
