Obituary

Lila Fay (Penn) Hartline a loving wife, mother and grandmother of La Grange, TX passed away DEC 21 2012 at her residence.

Fay was born in Warsaw, TX on Dec 18, 1929. The daughter of James Penn and Myrtle Mae Cook.

She worked as a secretary at WRR radio station and Texas State Network for the Rangers Baseball Team. She was an avid sports fan of the Texas Ranger and the Dallas Mavericks and loved to travel and play 42. She was a member of Oats Drive Baptist Church in Garland, TX.

She is survived by her daughter Beverly Ann White and husband Don of La Grange. Two brothers Kenneth Penn Sr. of Dallas and James Penn of Tyler. One sister Honey Till and husband George of Portland, Or. Four grandsons Dustin, Dylan, Duell White and Preston Revo all from La Grange, TX. One granddaughter Tori Vannoy and husband Jason, one great granddaughter Sasha Vannoy and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Lloyd Edward Hartline. Five sisters Imogene Wilson, Fern Gossett, Dixie Benton, Ann Keaton and Carolyn Penn. One son David Lee Hartline and one daughter Vicky Elaine Hartline.

After Retirement she moved to La Grange, TX to be with her family. She will be forever loved and remember as a proud and great woman.

Following Lila's wishes, a cremation has taken place.
