Rudy Geder, of Medford, December 21, 2012 after a brief illness. He was 81 years of age.
Rudy proudly served our country in the Navy from 1950-1954 in the Korean War.He was a member of the Teamsters Union Local 49 in Lowell and a member of the Italian American Club in Malden. Rudy was a pump filler at Liquid Carbonic, filling nitrous oxide tanks for dental offices. He retired 19 years ago.
Rudy was the loving uncle of Helen Filippone of Reading, Karol Peralta of Wakefield, Carl Geder of N. Reading, Luanne D’Entremont and Marilyn Foley, both of Reading, David Geder of Marshfield and the late Stepehn Geder. Cherised son of the late Carl and Clara Geder.Dear brother of the late Carl Geder. Beloved brother in law of the late Elivra (DiLuca) Geder. Rudy is also survived by many great nieces, nephews and 1 great great niece.
Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Service Celebrating Rudy’s Eternal Life in the Chapel of the Doherty Barile Family Funeral Home 11 Linden St. READING Saturday December 29that 10am.Interment with Military Honors will be held in Forest Dale Cemetery, Malden.
