Carl J. Ferrara
Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Saturday, December 22, 2012, Mr. Carl J. Ferrara, 86, husband of Mrs. Elizabeth Ferrara.
Mr. Ferrara was a Navy Veteran who served in WWII. He was the CEO and owner of J & C Ferrara Jewelry Manufacturing Company. Mr. Ferrara was the first president of the Lions Club of Sommers, NY.
Family members in addition to his wife include son Carl R. Ferrara (Michelle) daughters Jeannie Bertrand Ferrara, Toni M. Crowley, Carla L. McKay and Lori Burkhead Morgan, PhD (John); 15 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; sister: Clare Pearce (William); and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass will be held Thursday, December 27, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Westover Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends Thursday afternoon beginning at 1:00 P.M. up until the time of mass at the church.
