Carol A. (Brown) Wagner, a long time resident of Medway, died Thursday, December 20, 2012 at the Stanley R. Tippett Home in Needham after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of Edward I. Wagner Jr.
Born in Boston and raised in Brookline, she was the daughter of Mary E. (Steele) Brown and the late Joseph F. Brown.
Carol is also survived by her children, Ashley Grant, and Dylan & Shane Wagner; her brother Joseph Brown of Foxboro, his wife Peggy, and their children, Joey, Matt, Allison, and Michael; and her close friend Alice Edwards, of Narragansett, RI. She will be dearly missed by her many cousins, childhood friends from Brookline, family friends in Medway, and all those in between. She was the sister of the late Robert Brown of Foxboro, and the late Richard Brown of Brookline.
Carol’s most cherished role was as a mother, and spending time with her family was most important to her.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday December 29th from 12 to 3 p.m. in the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home at 3 Barber Street in Medway.
At 3 p.m. friends and family are invited to a gathering at the VFW Post located at 123 Holliston Street in Medway.
