Fedele, Ralph R. age 73 of Teaneck originally from North Bergen died on Thursday, December 20, 2012. Devoted father of Laura Fedele and wife Rita Houston, Lynn Fedele and husband Michael Grele, Pamela Mellor and husband Michael, and Amy Zitella and husband Randy. Loving grandfather of Neil and Adam Grele, Sofia, Madeline, Mark, and Michael Zitella. Dear brother of Rosetta Tanasoca, Jack Fedele and the late George Fedele. He will always be missed by his many loving nieces and nephews. Ralph spent many years at North Bergen High School as a dedicated teacher where he was a NJ Hall of Fame Baseball Coach. He was also a longtime I.A.A.B.O. basketball referee, and the proprietor and manager of Joe Pop’s Shore Bar on Long Beach Island. A cremation was held privately by the family, Family and friends are invited for a memorial gathering celebrating Ralph’s life on Thursday, December 27 from 3-9 PM at Volk Leber Funeral Home 789 Teaneck Rd., Teaneck. A memorial service will take place on Friday, December 28 at 10AM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ralph’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association, 400 Morris Ave., Suite 251, Denville, NJ 07834, would be appreciated.
