Brimfield - Donna Lee Abusamra, 62, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at home surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of Walter & Annie (Coulter) Hamilton of Auburn. She leaves her husband, William H. Abusamra; daughters Shelley Winiarski and her husband Chester and Amy Abusamra, both of Brimfield; son John Abusamra of Sturbridge; and two grandchildren. She is survived by three sisters Annie Ballan of AZ, Gail Johnson of Worcester, Cynthia Burnett of Auburn, and sister-in-law Holly Abusamra of Worcester. She was a graduate of Auburn High and worked at GF Wright and Allmerica Financial, both of Worcester and volunteered at Harrington Hospital. She was also a member of Belmont Street Baptist Church. Donna enjoyed being around her family, spending time at the beach in Maine, and loving her grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held on Thurs, Dec 20th from 4-7 PM at Nordgren Memorial Chapel 300 Lincoln Street Worcester. The funeral service will be held Friday, Dec 21st at Belmont Street Baptist Church, 25 Belmont Street, Worcester at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery. Donations can be made to Belmont Street Baptist or American Heart Association.
