William was a loving and devoted husband to the love of his life, Estelle. They were happily married for 52 years and together they raised 7 children and 27 grandchildren. He worked hard all his life providing for his family and spent his last years enjoying time with his grandchildren.
Guided by his faith, he enjoyed his family, babysitting his grandchildren, going to church, going out to dinner, country-western music, sports, puzzles, helping his grandchildren with their homework, caring for his cat "Teenie," and he had a new love for Elvis music.
He will be missed by all. His jokes, his teasing, his babysitting, his impatience when shopping, his finger-tapping, cooking yearly "rappie pie," his organizational skills, his caring and kindness, and his time commitment to his family.
