Jackson, Ann P.(Warzinskas) of Dorchester, passed away December 16, 2012.
Beloved wife of the late William Jackson.
Loving mother of Diane M. Winston and her husband, Arthur, of Windham, NH, Jeanne T. Jackson of Dorchester, Peter R. Jackson and his wife, Kendra, of Quincy, and the late Stephen W. Jackson. Sister of Joan ‘Jenny” Panit and her husband, Joe, of Taunton. Also survived by her 8 cherished grandchildren, Shannon, Jay, Daniel, Stacey, Brian, Billy, Christopher, and Christine, loving “Nana Anna” to 8 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Ann was a lifelong resident of Dorchester. She spent all of her 83 years in one house, her beloved three-decker. She was very proud to be a housewife who raised four children while at the same time taking care of her elderly parents.
And she never hesitated to baby sit all her grandchildren. Ann loved spending warm evenings at Castle Island, one of her favorite places. Ann will be missed by all who knew her.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday 3-7 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Thursday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM.
Burial will be in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Boston.
