DUDLEY – Lillian A. (Hade) Kasierski, 103, of Dudley died Wednesday, December 12, 2012 in Webster Manor. Her husband of 55 years, Leo L. Kasierski, died in 1988.
She leaves 2 daughters, Janet Christopher with whom she lived, Louise and her husband Robert Lemieux, Sr. all of Dudley; 4 grandchildren, Joseph Christopher of Macon, GA, Lisa Antanavica of Leicester, Melodie Pariseau of Southbridge and Robert Lemieux, Jr. of Thompson, CT; 5 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson; a sister, Juliet Baczanski of Webster.
Mrs. Kasierski was born in Webster, one of 11 children of Joseph and Albina (Audet) Hade. She worked as a speeder tender at Dodge Yarn, Kunkel Mill and Cluett-Peabody retiring in 1964. She was an avid reader who also enjoyed knitting, crocheting, needle work and spending time with her family.
The family would like to extend their appreciation to the nursing staff on the 2nd floor at Webster Manor for the compassionate care shown to Mrs. Kasierski.
The funeral Mass will be held Monday, December 17 at 10:00 AM, in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 16 East Main Street Webster. Burial will be in Saint Joseph Garden of Peace. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 East Main Street. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sainte Anne’s Elementary School, 12 Day Street, PO Box 818, Webster, MA 01570.
