Alessandranna (Fantasia) Granata of Wareham passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2012. She was 64 years of age.
Born in Itri, Italy Alessandranna was the loving daughter of Loucia (DeBonis) Fantasia and the late Damiano Fantasia. Alessandranna was a warm and caring mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be sadly missed.
Alessandranna loved her family. She enjoyed cooking, sewing and puzzles. Alessandranna loved Christmas Eve. She was a member of Saint Cosmas and Damian Society, Inc.
Alessandranna was the beloved wife of Damiano Granata. She was the devoted mother of Giuseppe Granata and his wife Christine and Stefano Granata and his wife Lisa. Alessandranna was the cherished grandmother of Jared, Justin, Sarah and Ashley. She was the sister of Stanislao Giuseppe Fantasia and Luigia Giugno.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Monday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Alessandranna’s Eternal Life in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the Family on Sunday from 2-6 pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants will be available. Interment Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica.
