LAWRENCE – Chanel D. Jacques, of Lawrence, passed away on Monday December 3, 2012 at the Kindred Hospital in Peabody after a long illness.
Born and educated in Lawrence, MA, he was the son of the late Philias and Josephine (Auclair) Jacques and attended St. Ann’s Grammar School. He was employed as a maintenance worker at Admril Folding Box in Methuen, MA.
Chanel enjoyed bowling and spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his sisters, Irene Ouellette of Londonderry, NH, Theresa Bradley, of Lawrence, MA, Leona Lavoie also of Lawrence, MA, Doris Robichaud of Lisbon Falls, ME, Loretta Cyr and Germaine Pedersen both of Lawrence, MA.
One brother, Roland Jacques and his wife Jackie of Lawrence, MA.
Chanel was predeceased by his brothers and sisters, Rita Morel, Joseph and Edward Jacques, Yvonne Saindon, Helen Dorr and Anita Jacques.
Chanel was a wonderful uncle and loved by his many nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: Visiting hours for family and friends will be held on Sunday from 2:00p.m. – 6:00p.m. at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, Inc., 233 Lawrence Street Methuen, MA 01844. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday at 9:00a.m. in St. Monica’s Church in Methuen, MA. Burial will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Andover, MA.
