FALL RIVER … Mary (Mello) Lawson, 96, of Fall River passed away Saturday, December 1, 2012 at the Catholic Memorial Home.
She was the widow of Edwin Lawson.
Mary was born in Fall River a daughter of the late John and Mary (Barboza) Mello and had lived in Pawtucket for 60 years before moving back to Fall River.
She is survived by 2 sisters: Beatrice Sanocki and her husband Edward and Helen Gendreau. 2 nieces Susan Kaufman and Michelle Hall and 2 nephews Michael Perrault and Peter Perrault, several great nieces and great nephews. She was the sister of the late Emily Perrault.
Private services at the request of the family are under the direction of the BOYKO MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 709 Broadway, Fall River. Interment will be in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence, RI.
