EDNA E. GREGORY JOHNSON, 81, passed away Friday, November 30, 2012.
She was born February 5, 1931 in Auburn, Ky. She was a past member of the Grassroots Democrat Club and an Honorary Kentucky Colonel.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James “Bill” Johnson; her parents, Moses “Mack” Gregory and Clara (Stamps); a great grandchild, Eric Christopher Weber; and brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her three children, James Johnson (Marilyn), Judy White (Charlie) and Shirley Threlkel (Glenn); many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, her companion Sally the cat, and a host of extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Bethany Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. Tuesday.
