Walsh, Patrick ‘Padraic” of Squantum formerly of Ballinrobe, Mayo, Ireland, died suddenly on November 29, 2012. The beloved husband of the late Claire (Mannion) Walsh. Loving father of Brian Walsh and his wife Joanne, Brendan Walsh and his wife Julia, Julie Brady and her husband Brendan, Claire Kelly and her husband Patrick and Cindy Kerins, QPD and her husband Brian all of Squantum. Brother of John Walsh of England, Michael Walsh of Ireland, Brother Thomas Walsh, C.Ss.R. of Belfast, Ireland, Mary Hamrouge of England, Marcella Cheater of England, Breeda O’Malley of Ireland and Eileen McGuiness of England. Cherished Granddad of Erica, Brendan, Julia, Sinead, Deirdre, Mairead, Ronan, Niamh, Finn, Aideen,Sorcha, Cullen, Ainsley, Elias, Conor, Quinn, Maeve, Jack and Claire.
Patrick was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who cherished his family. He worked as a skilled carpenter for local 67 for many years. His life was focused on taking care of his family, whether it was helping his daughter at her Brady Academy of Irish Dance or baby sitting for his grandchildren, he was always willing to lend a helping hand. Pat loved the water, he truly enjoyed fishing and was a life long member of the Wollaston Yacht Club. He will be remembered as a gentleman with a great smile who loved to socialize. He will be sadly missed by all those who knew him.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the Funeral Home on Wednesday at 9:15 followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Quincy on Wednesday at 10am.
