Giulia (Ardillo) Riggi age 88 of Salem, NH, died Wednesday at Salemhaven Nursing Home, Salem, NH.
She was born in Sicily, Italy, where she grew up and was educated. She came to the United States in 1955 and resided in Lynn, MA, where she raised her family. She had lived in Groveland, MA, before moving to Salem three years ago. She worked as a seamstress for various dress shops.
Giulia was very proud of her Italian heritage and was an excellent cook, sewer, and was an accomplished painter. Most of all Giulia loved spending time with her family, who was most important to her.
She was predeceased by her husband Vincenzo Riggi

Maria & her husband Don Baribeau of Pelham, NH
Sons: Vincent & his wife Patricia Riggi of Georgetown, MA
John & his wife Brenda Riggi of Great Falls, VA
Grandchildren: Chris, Josh, Emily, Joe, Matthew, & Michael
Great Grandchildren: Danny, Jack, & Scott

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, Dec. 3rd at 10:30 AM at Mary Queen of Peace Church, Salem, NH. Burial will follow in Gibson Cemetery, Pelham.
Calling hours will be Sunday, Dec. 2nd from 2-5 PM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St, Salem, NH.
