Dennis A. Rogers, age 63 of Fall River, passed away Nov. 26, 2012. He was the former husband of Linda (Garneau) Rogers and the son of Laura (Simbro) Rogers and the late Albert Rogers. Prior to retiring, Dennis worked for Lloyd Mfg. Co. of Warren, RI for many years and previously for Plymouth Rubber Co. for 18 yrs. He was the former vice president of the Rubber Workers’ Union and an avid golfer.
In addition to his mother and former wife both of Fall River, he is survived by his 3 sons: Dennis J. Rogers (fiancée Amy Jennings) of Fall River, Michael C. Rogers of Pawtucket, RI, and Jason Rogers (wife Lisa) of Fall River; granddaughter: Adison Rogers of Fall River; siblings: Sandra Ann Rogers of Fall River, Kevin Rogers of Nantucket, MA, and Nancy Dias of Fall River; niece: Laura Flannery of NY; 2 nephews Eric & Justin Rogers both of Nantucket, MA
His funeral service will take in the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME, INC. 1521 N. Main St., Fall River, MA on FRIDAY at 10:30 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery. Calling hours on THURSDAY from 4-8 P.M.
