Harold Jose
Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Tuesday, November 20, 2012, at Doctors Hospital, Mr. Harold Jose, 79, beloved husband of Mrs. Merle Jose.
Mr. Jose was a former member of Curtis Baptist Church and a current member of First Baptist Church of Atlanta. He met and married the former Miss Merle Hensley at Curtis Baptist Church in 1957. Mr. Jose fought in the Korean War. He earned his undergraduate and his law degree from the University of Georgia. Mr. Jose practiced law for 45 years in Atlanta and was a member of the Georgia Bar Association. He retired at the age of 73 and moved to Columbia County. Mr. Jose was a loving, devoted husband and an honorable Christian man. His hobbies were gardening and woodworking.
Mr. Jose is survived by his wife and many loving friends.
A graveside service will be held Friday, November 23, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Westview Cemetery with Dr. Donald Prosser officiating.
