BEVERLY: Joan C. (George) Vincent, 81, died Saturday, November 17, 2012 at the Radius Healthcare in Danvers following lengthy illness.
Born in Beverly on October 12, 1931, she was the daughter of the late John and Katherine (Clark) George. She was a lifelong resident of Beverly and a graduate of Beverly High School class of 1949.
She is survived by her loving children, John Vincent and his wife, Jean of Beverly, Katherine Harris and her husband, Lawrence of Hamilton, David Vincent and his companion, Deborah Clarke of Gloucester and Elizabeth Vincent of Falmouth; five grandchildren, David Vincent, currently serving in Afghanistan and his wife, Lucy, Jeffrey Vincent and his wife, Ginny of Salem, Jennifer Lassins of Melrose, Michael Lassins of New Haven, CT and Courtenay Schunemann and her husband, Gregory of Hamilton; two great-grandchildren and her former spouse, Dr. Richard E. Vincent, formerly of Beverly.
Her funeral service will be held on Monday, November 26th in the North Beverly Cemetery, Cabot St. (Rt. 97) at 11:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend. There are no visiting hours.
